I do love spending my birthday with the people that love and care about me.

I have been hurt by people that I thought cared about me on my birthday. They either forgot about me or put no effort into doing anything for me. For me, it is never how much something costs, it is the thought that counts.
I don't like the song "Birthday Sex" but I do love 50 Cent's "In the Club".

Yes, I have criteria when buying birthday cards, if I don't cry, then they aren't good.
LOL. I understand exactly what you mean. I just celebrated the big 3-0 and times moves fast. Some of the same questions in this post, I asked myself. My cake was chocolate cake with chocolate icing. I got totally chocolate wasted!!! Looks like you had a great time. Once, again wishing you many, many more to come!!!
